Phil Howard conquered two Michelin stars with the harmonious dishes in his previous restaurant The Square, which was closed in 2016. He almost immediately opened Elystan Street in which he started cooking simpler, more pure and also lighter. Vegetables, grains and fermented products are a bigger part in this restaurant. You can find fish and meat rather in a supporting role. The high quality of his preparations remains guaranteed.
