Chef Brandon Clemens feels at home in Eden. According to the We're smart® Green Guide, his vegetable menu deserves more attention as it is presented with conviction. You can also eat quite traditionally as the regulars still ask for it today. But... to anyone who wants to hear it, the vegetable menu is worth a try!
