Colvert in Paris is part of a restaurant group, and you somehow feel that. There is a pure plant choice, but in terms of taste, we at We're Smart think there is room for improvement. Nice dishes, sometimes starring vegetables, but the choice remains limited. good news is that there is a focus on the seasons and, logically, new dishes pop up regularly.
