Chef Christian Nurup likes it here. This Nordic cuisine has French and Asian influences and mainly works with local ingredients. The private gardens are therefore a true source of inspiration. Yet vegetables remain in the minority, which we do not really understand. You feel everything is quite classically trained and we think that's why; we hope with you that vegetables will receive more attention in the future.
