We take this opportunity to thank Shira Blustein for fulfilling her dream of starting a gastronomic "vegetables forward restaurant" back in 2012! With Chef Devon Latte, she has found a like-minded person to help make this a day-to-day reality. Meanwhile, Acorn in Vancouver is the place to be to come and enjoy sophisticated vegetable cuisine.
