White Mâche
Quickly stir-fried mâche with tuna,
grilled almonds, pomegranate seeds, and lemon balm.
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 1 White mâche
- 200 g natural tuna (can)
- Half a pomegranate
- 2 sprigs of fresh lemon balm
- olive oil
- white wine vinegar
- 30 g sliced grilled almonds
- white pepper from the mill
- sea salt
Cut mâche into 6 cm sticks. Stir-fry briefly with olive oil, sea salt, and pepper.
Mix with tuna, almonds, some finely chopped lemon balm, and pomegranate seeds. Finish with a splash of vinegar and possibly some additional seasoning and olive oil.
Finishing:
Divide onto each plate. Enjoy warm or cold.
Culinary tips: Belgian endive is a perfect flavor replacement for mâche. Also in this stir-fried dish.
