The new Eurostar Premium Menu by Frank Fol - The Vegetables Chef - has start!
For 7 years now, Frank Fol, The Vegetables Chef can call himself the exclusive chef who applies the Think Vegetables! Think Fruit! philosophy on all Eurostar lines from Amsterdam to Paris and back, as well as Cologne to Brussels and back.
During that time, the choice has been successfully expanded to include a plant-based offer and we can proudly report that meanwhile 50% of premium passengers enjoy their lunch on the train plant-based. Non-vegetable meals also have a minimum 70% plant-based ratio. At We're Smart, we are very happy and proud of this evolution, also because the ratings are very high.
