The Project of the Year 2022 goes to Bontasana. Bontasana makes pasta from white corn, a historic grain. The corn is organic, vegan, gluten and GMO-free, with lots of flavor. This pasta is better for the farmers, for the planet and for pasta lovers.

Pasta is a basic product that everyone wants to be able to eat. For some of us, this is difficult for various reasons. Bontasana has found a solution for this by working with a historical cereal white corn that has many advantages, such as great taste, gluten & gmo free, on top of that it’s organic & vegan, and easy to use without having to compete with traditional pastas.
