When a product is not only tasty & valuable for plant-based cooking, but also unique and a real basic tool for many chefs to be able to replace the classic meat stock with a good plant-based alternative, the cooking world should know about it. We want to contribute to this with the Future Award. Although we must admit that some of the most famous chefs have already expressed their enthusiasm!
