On December 2026 we will also have a collaboration in hosting 15 We’re Smart 5 Radishes Chefs for an 6 days brainstorm in Lima & Cusco, with as final goal to launch the We’re Smart Manifesto for the Pure Plant kitchen of the future. This conference will be organised in partnership with the Mater research center of Virgilio Martinez and his team of the restaurants Central, Mil and Kjolle.
