For the first time in France, a national-level competition dedicated exclusively to 100% pure plant cuisine has been launched!
Created and organised by one of the undisputed French masters of pure plant cuisine, Frédéric Jaunault, Meilleur Ouvrier de France primeur 2011, this championship promises to be the national benchmark for pure plant gastronomy.
The 1st edition of the "Championnat de France de la cuisine du végétal" will take place on 3 November 2024, on the open stage of the Equip Hôtel show, Pavilion 4.
