Trattoria Bazalia

Kris De Roy from 't Hofke van Bazel and his Italian wife Gina Miurin opened an Italian trattoria on the first floor of their restaurant and named it Bazalia, a contraction of Bazel and Italia. They serve refined classics from Italian cuisine with a decent portion of vegetables. That already starts with the antipasti, and a preparation of eggplant with zucchini and tomato, also risotto with butternut pumpkin and cod in the oven cooked with vegetables from the own vegetable garden.
