La Bien Aparecida

I was very happy that a culinary friend from Madrid brought me to this restaurant! What a nice vegetable stop. It was immediately clear that the chef was bitten by the Think Vegetables! Think Fruit! kitchen. After a conversation with Jose Manuel de Dios Quevedo everything became clear: his teachers are Michel & Sebastien Bras. We were allowed to enjoy a beautifully structured menu with vegetables in the lead. We will definitely be back.
