With the daily yield of the own nursery in the Beemster and herbs and edible flowers from their own garden and greenhouses at the restaurant, the kitchen brigade prepares a light, Mediterranean menu that will make you happy. The menu is also available in a vegetarian version. The tall, glass building, a former City Nursery from 1926, contributes to that feeling - during the day a sea of light and evening dining under the stars.
