Chef Marco Stabile has created, among the alleys of Florence and a stone's throw from Ponte Vecchio, a very elegant restaurant with great personality. You are welcomed in a beautiful room on the ceiling of which the chef has made a wonderful painting, which represents angels carrying vegetables, chickens, fish and, of course, could not miss the reproduction of the chef himself. It is possible, among others, to choose a vegetarian menu called THE FUTURE. The dishes are delicious and made to perfection and, of course, vegetables are the ingredients that characterize this menu.
