This bistro works entirely according to the Think Vegetables! Think Fruit! principle. Organically grown vegetables of the season form the basis for the dishes to which fish or meat are added. In the afternoon you can eat salads, quiches or sandwiches, in the evening you will find dishes such as cauliflower with sauerkraut and oxtail on the menu, or a combination of turnip, lovage, pear, beet, plum and geuze.
