We know Maarten Van Essche mainly from the various pop-up restaurants he has opened here and there in recent years. With his main restaurant we are more than happy. Because Maarten can cook! With just a few ingredients he makes powerful dishes that excel in taste and refinement. And he also knows how to handle vegetables.
