The Lou Fèrri restaurant and her sympathetic chef / owner Karin Burton have moved. From the south of Belgium (Havelange) she returned to Brussels where she came from. We now find her in the neighbourhood of Fort Jaco. Her signature product remains the truffle that she prepares with mastery. Her husband Claude serves with it an excellent Château L'Ermitage. The rest of her kitchen remains faithful to the flavours and smells of the South of France, Provence and the Camargue.
