Thomas Snijders moved from Hoogstraten to the South of Antwerp and opened his restaurant Lewis 2.0 near the Museum of Fine Arts. Nothing has changed in his eye for finesse, correct cooking times and the pinpointing of taste accents. But in his use of vegetables Thomas may go the extra mile.
