Le Botaniste

Alain Coumont, the founder of Le Pain Quotidien, launched with Le Botaniste a vegetarian and vegan restaurant, with dishes that are 100% vegetable and 99% organic. In the bar, natural wines and green cocktails are served. Inspiration comes from the kitchens of the Middle East and Asia.
