Chef Kevin Lejeune is in top form! Not only has he moved his restaurant to the prestigious Hotel Steigenberger Witcher's on the Avenue Louise in Brussels, but from now on there is also a seasonal vegetarian menu on the menu. And Kevin can now also call himself a real vegetable chef, because the menu is great. The flavours are right, recognisable but also with an original twist.
