Felix Alen is an exceptionally talented and creative chef. His cooking is still mainly based on classic ingredients, but he likes to add other elements when it suits his taste. Felix likes to work with fresh, recognisable, seasonal and local products. His presentations are creative and contemporary. He loves to spoil his customers and is therefore a true party cook.
