Gravetye Manor

Gravetye Manor is a luxury hotel/restaurant (Relais & Chateaux and 1 Michelin star) housed in a 16th-century Elizabethan house. In 2018 a new restaurant was built that, thanks to the high windows, offers a view of the beautiful gardens. Chef George Blogg brings modern English cuisine with ingredients from his kitchen garden or local suppliers. Dishes such as roasted celeriac with wild garlic, hazelnut and local curd or roasted Norfolk quail with fresh pear, quince, liver parfait and seeded granola are from his hand.
