The philosophy of Think Vegetables! Think Fruits!® is still the centre of attention in Graanmarkt13. In 2015, his restaurant was therefore voted Best Vegetable Restaurant in Flanders. The “G13” chefs work closely with vegetable growers, while herbs and a number of vegetables come from the roof garden. 13 creations: 9 plant-based, 2 with fish & 2 with meat. Original flavour combinations characterize the vegetable preparations. A new cooking style, more refined, but still with endless inspiration and creativity, every visit to his restaurant is a surprise.
