New chef, new menu... a pure plant menu! Chef Fabian Ferré is definitely on board with the need to offer a vegetable menu as well. For We're Smart, this is a big step forward in this beautiful Hotel and domain, and we can definitely recommend the "Expression Végétale" menu. Congratulations to the team, extra radishes are guaranteed!
