Bentinck

Restaurant Bentinck is located in the former horse stables on Buitenplaats Amerongen estate. The view of Amerongen Castle on one side and a peek into the kitchen on the other side of the restaurant create a special and open ambiance. Vegetables, fruits and herbs from the castle garden and local products play an important role in chef Frank Bakkenes' dishes. He brings pure flavours with a thoughtful use of vegetables.
