The Avocado Show (Amsterdam)

The Avocado Show is an ode to the versatile avocado with colourful dishes in which avocados are creatively processed. How about The Salvocado, an avocado poke bowl with sushi rice, raw salmon, wakame, edamame, massago fish eggs and soy sauce. Or "The Avo Garden", an avocado filled with hummus, herbs, flowers and cress. The company, which now has 2 branches in Amsterdam and 1 in Brussels, claims that all avocados come from sustainable cultivation and are picked, packaged and transported in a socially responsible manner.
