Simple cooking in its purest form is the motto of restaurant As. They cook with authentic, tasteful ingredients from local suppliers who share the love for taste, quality and sustainability. The restaurant also has its own bakery where sourdough bread is baked for its individual guests and for 30 restaurants in Amsterdam. The menu follows the seasons and the climate. In April we find, among other things, preparation of carrot, yolk, vadouvan, labne and cress. Also cod with celeriac, salsify and wild watercress and a unique creation of sea buckthorn with white chocolate, chervil and Jerusalem artichoke as a dessert.
