This restaurant combines talents. Every chef brought his vision and style with him, but without compromising on the quality of the dishes. The current chef proposes generous preparations with vegetables from the garden. You can taste them in the snacks with a green vegetable sauce (pea cream), delicate pasta dishes (with truffle), fish (scallops with celery stock), and also in a preparation of venison in puff pastry filled with mushrooms, with an aspic of cauliflower, madacamia nuts, salsify, broccoli and a colorful saffron syrup.
