The restaurant does not have tables except for 1. You eat at the bar around the central kitchen where chefs Richard van Oostenbrugge and Thomas Groot and their team prepare the dishes. The interior has a warm, sober appearance. The dishes are powerful, harmonious, delicate and are ingeniously composed. Vegetables get a nice role, but still a supporting one. There can certainly be done something about that.
