In Latin, Naturam means "natural, simple". It is what this restaurant stands for. The owners have a natural respect for farmers and products, for their passion and their work. Chef Kazuya Sugiari went twice to France, first to Brittany, after which he returned to Tokyo. He went to work in Paris for ten years and in 2014 became head of the Markt restaurant in Tokyo, which he bought in 2018 and transformed into Naturam.
