Chef Pascal Marcin has taken over the piano control of this very beautiful space that is the restaurant Loungeatude. Lovers of the plant world, local products and fresh and airy compositions, he deploys a talented kitchen and very happy personality. For example, he concocts the catch of the day with the excellent vegetables of the young producer of La Ferme de la Source nearby; a lamb roast with olives and tomatoes confit, celery salad, chives and rosemary, polenta fries and young braised onions or, among other things, red mullet fillet with artichokes, wild garlic pesto and potato pancake with parsley.
