Seppe Nobels was the first chef to embrace the 'urban farming' and is the chef who brings, like no other, the philosophy of Think Vegetables! Think Fruit!. In 2015, his restaurant was therefore voted Best Vegetable Restaurant in Flanders. Seppe works closely with vegetable growers, while herbs and a number of vegetables come from its own roof garden. The (urban) honey comes from his beehives. Original flavour combinations characterize his vegetable preparations. Because of his endless inspiration and creativity, every visit to his restaurant is a surprise.
