The French Laundry
This restaurant and its chef Thomas Keller belong to the American culinary history. The restaurant has been around for years but has not stopped. We can certainly also call Thomas a vegetable chef now! His own large vegetable cultivation and 100% vegetable menu are at least remarkable and on the level of other creations. It is nice to see that the vegetable microbe finds its way in America too.
