Culinary Technique - Warm Salads

A warm salad is composed of cooked vegetables. It’s simple to prepare: Cut them into slices, rings, rondelles or strips. Boil, steam, roast, grill or fry them. Serve them with a dressing made with oil, vinegar, lemon juice, herbs and other spices or a vegetable broth mixed with sour cream or mustard. 


  1. Clean and wash the vegetables. Chop them up as you like. Cook them.
  2. Toss them with a dressing of your choice.
